Awesome mod!
That said, I'm running into a problem with the Enhanced Recognition Manual. I'm able to pull the manual up, but when I open it, it's only a single empty page. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

With your enhanced recognition manual you do not say what mods you are using or whether this is a mod you have added.

Guys, I have a problem using the RAOBF with attack scope. Has anybody else had this problem before??

I am unable to pan the scope by using the mouse when the RAOBF is enabled, and also I am unable to drag the middle ring around, so it's not working.

Basically, I have applied TDW (I tried 7.4.x and 7.5 test versions and it's the same with both) mod, the only mod I am using.

I have tried applying the manos scope patch for 16:9 because my res is 1920x1080. I have also tried with the default 4:3 with a 4:3 res and it was still the same.

Can somebody please help? Thanks...

UPDATE:
I finally got it working, it seems you need to enable the RadCapTools mod or else the RAOBF doesn't work properly.

Hello there.........first post! welcome buddy.....

Here's my understanding......you can't move the scope when the RAOBF is turned on, it's meant to do that. As for moving the inner ring what I do is flick the little switch at the top of the screen and use the mouse wheel to move the ring. I have seen it in videos where folk have moved the inner ring quickly but I have been unable to find out how!!

You will need to use the correct resolution patch for your monitor/tv otherwise the readings you get from the RAOBF won't be accurate.

I found that when I enabled the RadCapTools mod also (part of TDW UI 7.5) then it was possible.

You can pan it just like the normal scope depending on the flip-switch being in the right position. Also without the RadCapTools I couldn't use the left mouse button to rotate the middle ring. I could only use mouse wheel which was very slow. And if a target it moving you need to pan the scope to keep it in the centre e.g. if you are doing angle on bow calculations. I found after enabling the RadCapTools mod it was all working as intended.

I recommend you try with the RadCapTools mod enabled to move the inner ring quickly like you saw in those videos. I also saw it done in videos so I knew it must be possible...

Also Berbster thank you for your info I will work through that, it is a great resource. Thank you guys for the warm welcome.

I have a major problem with ship recognition using this mod.

I use RAOBF and clock for range, AOB and speed estimates.
So I need to be able to ID ship, and know ship length and mast height.

So I am trying to use the recon manual on the "Charts" button which is great, except for one thing, which when I click the button to go to a new ship, it updates the name of ship and all the stats, but the picture stays exactly the same!!! So it's always just showing the same picture of the same ship ---- it's broken.

Am I the only one here running into that problem?? No idea what's wrong with it.

UPDATE: found solution --> needed to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR --> now it works great

Default AIRCRAFT INSIDE THE AIR GAP!

I'm using TheDarkWraith UI 7.40 with the OPEN HORIZONS II_full v2.2 among other mods. I'm on patrol inside the Air Gap Circle at 54` 52 N 23` 4 W and the crew spot an incoming enemy aircraft!!

Luckily a crash dive worked.

Now...is this a bug? Is this the presence of an enemy aircraft carrier?

Hmmm...

I am having a problem where when I click the charts button and it brings up the ship identification manual it looks very basic and does not give me the ship length or mast height. How do I activate the add-on ship recognition for the mod?
