Default [TWOS] functions I would like to set to active but unsure how.

Hey all. There are a few functions in the crew bar I would like to set to active but I do not know if it is possible in TWOS / OFEV.

To begin, I would like the radioman to be able to send weather reports back to BdU. I know it is of no importance to gameplay but it helps with the immersion. I also would like the report received contacts active.

Then the hydro man. Send bearing to TDC does not work, send range to tdc not either, nor lock hydrophone on selected contact (greyed out) why is this?
Works at station but not at crew bar.

Why are the extra repairs and reduce flooding time and manoeuvres (in rough seas) greyed out with the chief engineer? The non functional hammer I can understand.

Very happy the gunner has everything working except take photo but that will probably be mission based. I now use him to identify targets plot solution et cetera.

Found out that by switching between auto and manual tdc I can get the range early when the contact is distant and then when it is close enough I switch to manual tdc and jave the gunner identify the target. Works super and is very immersive to have your crew working together with you.

One other gripe I have with the navigator is that he refuses to do celestial when the swell is too high which is rather ridiculous since the conning towed is dry enough to take a reading and "hull under water" is no excuse. But I cannot court Martial him for it.

Also range to course end, time to course end and max range at current speed are greyed out (can they not be made usable in realnav?) but for time calculations I use the very good http://www.csgnetwork.com/csgtsd.html calculator and it is quite accurate.

Same gripe with the chief engineer who refuses to recharge batteries in a slightly rough sea.... Ah well... If I can switch some of these mentioned functions to active I will be most pleased. So thanks in advance for any tips and tricks.

I play real navigation.
