[TEC] Weird issue in TMO with RSRD

Tried to start a career with Tambor class out of Pearl on april 15, 1942.When I do, there is no conning tower visible outside.Cant go to bridge view, AA guns etc.

Do you have the "Small Patch" for TMO installed? Actually, just list the order of you mods...
