Nah, that's down by the shaft seals, watch out, they do bite. I think that that is where the tartan paint is kept.

None of the above but in hindsight perhaps the picture could have been better cropped.

Forget the locker, look at what is behind, it is the base of something really important for the operational use of the vessel in question.

It is a RN vessel and there is some snow and ice about.
