Sampans
Leave 'em alone?
Kill 'em off? I'd opt for the former, but I recall somethng about how they can make your mission more difficult. Is that just supposition, or should sampans be sunk so as not to potentially give away your presence? BTW if you have a 40mm AA gun, they're much more efficient at killing sampans than a deck gun. Shot
