Look at the title screen, as the program loads (Silent Hunter, that is, after you've activated the mod), and if you look in the lower right of the screen, you should see "version 1.3".or "v1.3" - can't remember which...

After having been using RFB/RSRDC for quite a while I decided to give this mod a try and I've got it loaded just fine but I noticed that there is no stat info in the tooltips for the weapons and sensors. Is there a readme file I'm just not finding that has this information? Also after playing for a bit I've noticed a few minor things that are odd, I play at 1920 x 1080 16:9 resolution and while the rest of the map looks fine the nomograph is HUGE (minor oddity and still usable) and is there a way to set it to drop to TC 1 on all radio msgs? Been looking through the config files and can't find any reference to it.

You're running into a common FOTRS/TMO problem where the weapons/sensors screen just doesn't work. We're working on fixing that with FOTRS Ultimate mod and will probably be issuing a patch to fix it on existing versions.

But what you're seeing or not seeing is normal and we're working on it.

Its good to know that its a known bug and trust me I can get by just looking up the info somewhere else.
So far everything is going smooth though I can't say I'm too happy with the first mission I was assigned, dropping off an agent at Tsurusaki wow starting off with a bang I guess!! Will be a fun and I'm sure frustrating challenge.

Do yourself a favor, if your mission is near a city or port be aware that there might be some shore batteries around somewhere.

1. To unblock websites

Actually GameFront is banned from the world, as they folded up shop a couple of months ago and are available nowhere.

They were always purging files that weren't downloaded enough for their taste anyway. I don't miss 'em.

Okay last night I was in the S-boat minding my own business in the hydrophone room. I like to do fine directional control with the scroll wheel, but the scroll wheel was also doing a binocular-like change of magnification with the camera! I was zooming in and out driving myself crazy because at higher magnification I could only see part of the sonar, not including the send range to TDC button.

Anybody else dealing with this? CapnScurvy can we eliminate this?

The Ultimate has that Hydrophone zoom feature....don't like it, it can be eliminated. You do know you can use the Home/End keys to move the dial don't you?
