[TEC] Low fps in Navigation map and other problems

Hello I just reinstalled my mod list. But first off when I am using 2048x time compression and now fps is like 6 stuttering and other things In the past I had maybe 20 fps. And I noticed repeating sounds of while underwater you know the creeks but they are not normal.
