Default Is it this simple?

I want to add some radio messages(ULTRA) into RSRD campaign. I see the "messages" text file in the campaign folder. Is it as simple as adding a message in there following the format?

Looking to add messages concerning "Wounded Bear" after Coral Sea. Shocked lurker did not include it.Also want to add ultras concerning IJN submarines(per he ones located by ultra) and the take Ichi convoy in April 1944.

Yes, it is... but that "format"... - spacing counts. Or, if you want to run the possibility of two, yes two (or more) messages in one, you can do the Radio.ini and associated files below that, in the Sound / Radio / Washington / Events folder, and even "broadcast" it, if you can do "voice-over". Of course, I don't think they'd broadcast about Wounded Bear over public radio airwaves... but we just discovered that little trick the other day, quite by accident... Like most other "sounds" though, the game does "re-broadcast" the event upon game re-load after a Save.

Interesting. Yes just looking to add the radio(non verbal) messages such as ULTRAS currently. Going to try to do the "Wounded Bear" messages first.
