I think it's a Soviet Battle flag since the words (I guess) means bor'be (fight, battle).

Correct language, and the translation is good although in this instance it means 'struggle'. However it's not a battle flag.

It's a soviet banner about class struggle, but for the love of god, google can't find anything looking like one

It's not from the Soviet Union, but it is from Russia and is related to the Soviet Union.

Translated it reads "Workers of all countries unite! In the struggle you will obtain your rights!" and it was one of the banners carried in Petrograd during the February 1917 revolution.
