Exploison Graphics
I've noticed that when I score torpedo hits on merchants as of late, I'm not seeing the big, dramatic, fiery explosions. It could just be that these are rare in the game and I'm remembering them to be more frequent. But I haven't seen one in probably the last 5 or 6 ships I hit. I'm wondering if its possible that I accidently disabled these graphics.
The only mods I'm running that could possibly effect this are RSRD, NSM, Environmental Effects4.4 and TMO. Is something borked or is it just rare to have a catastrophic explosion when you torpedo a ship? |

cargo sometimes effects it but many times its matters what order mods are enabled because they can change other mods, try installing them in a different order.

I'm not sure, but doesn't NSM conflict with TMO nowadays? Maybe that's the problem?

Go grab Pacific Environments 3.3 and install only the Special Effects for TMO (or NSM4, if you like slower sinking times and brittle aircraft). Explosions galore!

My Only curiosity is the speed of the explosions..they seem slow. What I mean by that is how rapid the explosive effects move, they seem too slow. If there was a way to speed the initial blast up I think it would look better when the fireball moves at the current speed. NOT a biggie, just my thoughts.

Torpex752: did you monitor your frame rate when the explosion happens? On my rig, explosions ALWAYS cause a drop on my frame rate.
