Silent Hunter version 1.4b installed, mod succesfully too via JSGME, but still cant run it.

"Can not initialize 3D engine" message

Use compatibility mode of sh3.exe

I am using it, set to Win 7 compatibility (which i have), tried some other settings and its still the same.
