Operation Weserübung help

In Wolves of Steel megamod Operation Weserübung open date is March 20,1940. As soon as it shown on the map I reached and docked at Wilhelmshaven in couple of game hours, but after request when I back to submarine I saw the game date is April 13th,1940. Is it normal? Cause on April 13th Operation Weserübung already ended and all ports in objective area are no longer enemy. Am I doing something wrong?

Do I need to refit only? and start this mission without request?
If it is so, what is the objectives in this mission? I hope there will be some radio messages intead of mission objectives.

You can tweak your days spent in bunker in several ways...Check TWoS documentation for more...

I found only below explanation.

"Stock 14 days in bunker increased to more realistic 24 days + appropriate changes in Flotillas.upc"

If I need to change some values in flotillas.upc I couldnt find which one.
I do not want to do something wrong. I will also be very happy if you can help me a bit more or you can direct me a topic which explains this solution. (I also couldnt find any useful topic via my searchs)
