I can live with the bluish water, but I don´t know if it is a problem with mods or I haven´t luck with the bad weather (I tell: Never I see with bad weather the grey water!).
I can't tell matey. For me the water in bad weather is always grey with M.E.P.v3. Maybe you should ask Makman about that.

Dear Nemo: Do you have OLC übermod installed? Sorry, but I think your environment is OLCE, the waves looks as the OLC atmosfere, and the colors.

If you have MEP 20 KM and after that in the list, OLC übermod, this overwrites that. Or have you a MEP 16 Km or 8 Km?

My only environment mod, now, is MEP 20 KM and, when I put it with JSGME, the mod don´t overwrite nothing...

I request Makman to see this thread, for the definitive answer.

Many thanks!!!

Ahoy matey. No, I do not use OLC übermod. I am using only M.E.P.v3 (i.e. 20km). No worries though; I am pretty sure that Makman will answer you...

I'll be watching this with interest too.
I really like MEP, but stopped using it because I had the same problem.
In stormy or overcast weather my water was a very vibrant blue, not the grey I can see in these screenshots (very nice pics by the way )
I'm wondering if maybe it only happens with some types of GFX card.
What type of card do you have fitzcarraldo?
Mine is an ATI.

Mine is an ATI.
ATI RADEON 4550, 1 GB. Up to 60 FPS, but I have that bluish sea in bad weather with all versions of MEP 3 (16 km and 20 km). In the Catalyst I test all the options, the same result ever.

In other SH3 installation with LSH3 V5, the MEP for LSH3 with the same blue water.

I obtain grey waters with GWX stock and SH5 water for SH3. I´ll make some test with Thomsen Water V4.1.

@Nemo: Your graphic card is ATI?

Regards

The answer of Makman:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...=1#post1492330

No problem with ATI cards...Simply, the water of MEP in bad weather is dark blue.

@Nemo: Makman tell us about the water in bad conditions, is dark blue...I think you have some overwrited file in the environment.

Regards.
