Small Nav Tools for RFB 2.0

Because sometimes having a small tool is better than having a big tool...

BEFORE:

This mod will give you smaller tools on the navigation map. Compatible only with Real Fleet Boat 2.0. Tested with RFB 2.0 patch dated April 23rd 2010. Not tested with earlier versions.

All credit goes to Captain Cox. I have simply merged his original mod with the RFB menu_1024_768.ini. He did all the hard work, I just copy/pasted stuff. His original mod can be found here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...ht=small+tools
