Steam version, mod & patches problems

Hi all,
I'm new here
I bought a copy of SH4 on Steam, which I can not install patches mods

. I am using JSGME which is the only thing that works.
Can someone help me?

yes, you can install the patches. STEAM should auto update it.
If it doesn't, you can go into your STEAM app, hilight the game and choose PROPERTIES>LOCAL FILES> and choose verify integrity...

May have to do this a few times...
