Ill stil buy it. Allthough i must admit that even at this point in time the infromation given to us is still extremely low. I mean some new are being released but i still dont have a clear image of what makes sh-5 work and many of the features are still not known.

My opinion hasn't changed I want to read some trusted reviews/opinions on release, then see what users still think a few weeks later.

Lost most of my interest in this a few months back, I’m not buying it mainly as I cant play it on my old five year old rig and as nothing game wise knocks my socks off I’ll keep the old girl running just now.

Carrier Command will of course if it lives up to its hype, but this will be bought five or six months down the line or over Xmas as a treat to myself.

I’ll look on to see when it comes out what you all think.

Depends.

I still know remarkably little about it, other than there are no fleet boats in it, which seems a step back after SH4. I'd have thought by now they'd be trying to release a definitive version of Silent Hunter, building on what's available in the others combined.

Expansion in the future?

The DRM is a big negative for me, and could well mean I stick to 4 and let this one pass on by.

If I'm honest, I'm undecided still.

Same, not buying any ubisoft game with OSP unless they offer an offline option.
