Default Is there a mod to make the weather calm all the time?

I'm just starting out on the game and am using 100% realism with realistic navigation and manual tdc.
However, until i am good at sinking ships I would like the weather to stay calm as this will make it easier when using manual TDC.

I've not completed a mission yet - only had the game three days and most of that was setting up the mods and watching the video tutorials.

Once i am expert at manual TDC etc, i will look to start a new 100% realistic career with 'normal' weather.

Also, are there any other mods i should install that fix bugs? I have installed the real flag and DarkWrath's manual TDC as outlined in the videos but I'm not aware of any others that fix actual bugs (as opposed to make things nicer). I looked in the bugs thread but it runs to 54 pages and was started when the game was first released so the 1.2 patch (which i am on) would hopefully have fixed most of these issues.

Thanks

Thanks, but that's just a list of mods. I've no idea what half of them do.
It seems there are so many kicking around that there isn't a definitive list of what is there. Besides, half the people in that list that posted their mods are told they can remove 'x,y and z' as they are superseded.
