Same response to this as everyone else gets = buy the game then !! ( or update it via steam if you already have).

Have you ever seen so many of these yabbo's?? It's happening almost every day.....another newbie getting the same exact error messages and the nerve to ask for help.

You know what is really sad? If these idiots actually tried a forum search, they'd find soooo many references to the same damn problem and should know better than posting the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER...ack

Or vote on GOG.com so they add CW in their stock.
Or make a report ticket on the Killerfish homepage so they sell the game there.
Or mod the mod...

Not everyone likes Steam. Seriously.

Granted, I don't care for Steam. But that's ZERO excuse for theft by using pirated software. The game developer has the right to be paid for their product, period.

I'm sure Killerfish knows what's going on. They don't need a report to remind them. They're here on the forums and they have eyes.

This is why you end up with games being riddled with annoying CD keys and anti-piracy locks that won't allow you to make a simple backup copy of your own software that you purchased legally. Piracy has consequences.
