Purely a theoretical 'what if'

The pros/cons of setting all torps of 68, or 84 or 04 at the same run speed.

All other specs stay as default except of run speed.

I'm curious as to thoughts on this from others. -

Why not testing it for yourself and reporting your results after a significant amount of time?

As such, with no explanation of the idea behind it, it doesn`t sound too good for me.

I was curious if anyone else had tried it.

leaving all other specs standard, just changing speed to match say the MK48 or a faster fish. Relative to speed and turning characteristics of all the usable boats in the game.
