Mission Editor, "Parameters menu" Bug?

Has anyone else noticed that you don't get the "Title or Briefing" box in the "parameters" window? Has it been moved to a new location in the new mission editor?

Mission Title and Briefing can be found under "Language Localization" in the Mission dropdown box.
