Default BoB II - Bad weather dogfighting

One thing that you hear mentioned about BoB II - the weather! Few other sims capture bad weather like BoB II. This is a Dogfight I engaged in tonight, and it should give a good idea how bad the weather really can get. Its raining hard, and its not much fun dogfighting since it almost translates into a game of simple survival for yourself.

Coming up on my target in the middle of the soup:

He's running, but I'm slowly gaining (as long as I can keep fuel in the carb!):

I'm doing my best to keep sight of him through these clouds, and its a terrible chore:

I'm starting to loose not only him, but which way is up too:

He is starting to disappear into the clouds:

He's found a deep one:

Trying to get a good burst into him in this muck:

He is there, you can see him, but one thing I've compltely lost - which way is up! Doesn't matter, I riddle him with lead:

I got him, but things are not good for me. Airspeed is gone and I still have no idea on my attitude. WWII instruments suck. Problem - he is pulling away, though he is smoking. I need to readjust myself somehow:

Pulling out of this ugly cloud bank, though my enemy has managed to pull away due to my disorientation. Still heavy rain:

Closing the gap:

Pulling in for the kill:
