Default Got the new Fleet command-but

Had the old version of Fleet Command and loved to play the game, then I got a new computer Vista and it was good bye Fleet command. I installed several types of program so I could play FC-But I couldn't.

Some weeks ago I found a copy that was made for Vista and W7

I played the game for the first time in many years, however there's lots of flimmering(or what you called it in english)

Then I installed the NWP 19.2 and I followed the install-advise
First I removed UAC-Same result

Then I made a folder outside program files

Then I Removed UAC and made a folder

Same result

This is what happen:

I have some group of ships

E.G
CVBG or SAG

A bunch of SSM are heading their way. I start to engage those SSM and I see the Sam1 or Sam2 leave the ship-well I see the missile for some fraction of a sec. Then they disappear. I have fired the Sams-I can see that lower right corner, were all information is.

Then I tried to make them self-engage the threat-same result.

Either I have to solve this problem or I can only play the vanilla.
