Default Deck Gun Sight bugged?

After tinkering a bit with SH3, I decided to just stick to SH4 since im more used to it's interface.

So, I'm starting from a completely fresh install with only Dark Waters as mod and the LAA for the memory thing.

I started earlier in the war because I figured I could make use of the deck gun a couple times for the hell of it. I don't usually do that so I have no idea if that's a vanilla bug, a dark waters bug or something I didn't set right.

I got all realism settings up except "No map contact" and "no external camera".

But, I got that bug that drives me crazy. You see the sight on the deck gun is entirely stabilized. Dosen't move with the waves AT ALL, but the gun does with the expected result.

Is there a way to fix this?

Well, now that I think of it, it ain't that bad of a bug. I mean, who in their right mind would use a deck gun when the boat is rocking with waves like crazy. It's more of a calm sea thing where that "bug" is not THAT much of an issue.

Perhaps this was intentional so people dont start firing it "gangsta" style with the boat rocking and still hitting all the time? Who, knows...
