Running in a Window Mode
I got NCP installed, and as Jamie said it still flashes, so how do I use the window mode with this Sim?

Fleet Command
The "Naval Combat Pack" has a feature to put fleet command in a window mode to overcome the flashing. Apparently there was something about the FC engine that could not be reworked, but Sonalysts got around it by making it so you could run in a window.
I am seeking help in how that is accomplished. Ron Banks MMCM(SS), USN(Ret) |

I am just guessing here, but try adding this to the shortcut target:
" -windowed" (Use a space separating it and the program name and no quotes.) Why this guess? It's what they used for the replay viewer to run in windowed mode for SC.
