I found all the files and I'm ready to install. I have a few questions:

1- Is this mod compatible with GWX Gold?

2- I need to install v0.3 then v0.3.1 or can I can I just install v0.3.1?

3- Should I install this mod on a fresh install of SH3 GWX Gold or is my
current install with all the mods removed acceptable?

Yes, ARB is compatible with all mega mods.
Install V0.3 and V0.3.1 on top (it’s just a fix)
Best is on a fresh install, but current install « could » make it also...
