Humble request for noob!!

Dear modders would it be possible to make a addition to Om or in regards to subskins, sh3 has a boat load of highres skins for the boats and i know theirs a technique of infusing the skins into the om mod, but was wondering if thier was a modder genious who could make a jsgme set up of skins, or is thier anybody rolling with that setup already????
