The two infected people were in York and Newcastle is the nearest facility with specialist quarantine facilities.

I know for some here China is the big bad world player the unstoppable juggernaut who so good at everything it does, that will outsmart the world and all who oppose it. But from what I heard from reports out of China and Mongolia. Its a dump with a dysfunctional government and infrastructure and that reality is coming to the surface and now being exposed.

This is something that has been a suspicion of mine for a while. And I think the Chinese government lives in fear of something like this outbreak. An event which they cannot control.
