21:9 resolution fix/workaround?

Hi! Just wondering if anyone was able to play SH3 in Ultrawide 21:9 resolution (so no black bars along the sides). There seems to be a patch for 16:9 but am unsure if it wouldm work for 21:9 as well, without stretching everything.

Been playing SH5 TWoS which works in 21:9 but would like to get back into SH3 GWX, as it seems more polished to me.

Intersted to hear from you, why you want to go back to Sh3, even though the graphics are better with Sh5 ...
