[REL] Periscope Magnification Stage 1

Not sure if this was included into another keyboard mod... any way here the way to change it only.

This is an old trick discovered by Wazzo for SH III, i found we can add it to SH IV.

Not intended to be real or not real... just for gameplay.

Not sure wich is the maximun magnification reached by it, in SH III we had the Max magnification value showed, here not.

But may be it is the same as in SH III, 10X.

Until you discover the real maximun magnification exact value, i reccomend you to reset the extra magnification using TAB or Mouse Scroll Wheel to its standard default values to make measurements in manual TDC using the periscope reticle...

You can try assuiming it is 10X... and commnt results.

Any way it is good for observation.
