Bernie is already swinging. Bloomberg does not care about the country. He only wants to beat Trump. It's a game for him.

Trump is not worried. Once again it's his for the taking and rightly so. The country is doing well.

Of course he's not worried. I don't believe he really cares one way or the other as long as his ego get massaged. He's already on record saying he'd tell the people whatever they wanted to hear to get elected. Damned if I can find that interview anymore to give the statement credit, but I remember watching it during the last campaign.

All the others did not need to go on record because it is plainly obvious all say what they believe voters want to hear.

Did y'all know this? I don't see anyway for a country to be united in a National vote for either one of these two democrats. Perhaps one of them will go independant in disgruntled hatred of the system. Taking votes away form the Democrats real choice.

By the way does the nomination have to go to the one with the most delegate votes or can the DNC pick whoever they want?

https://news.yahoo.com/bernie-sander...132005426.html

Bernie Sanders and Mike Bloomberg are both 78. And both, it turns out, have had heart operations.

Quote:
But age isn't the only thing Bloomberg and Sanders have in common. Neither has been a Democrat for most of the past two decades, for example, and both have had two coronary arterial stents inserted near their hearts to relieve blockages.

Last nights debate was nothing short of comical. The vitriol was quite something. Bloomberg blinking his way through Warrens attack on disclosure agreements he has with women that worked for him. Bernie getting grilled for socialism and how he has 3 homes/millions. I felt like I was in a Twilight Zone episode.

I fell asleep right after the first break and even with a DVR I don't feel like watching what I missed.

Blomberg did look at odds (his first debate since 2009)
I don't know why they didn't point out that he was a Republican mayor
and a republican for many many years.

Obviously he did not run for POTUS as a Republican due to he did not think that he could beat Donald Trump

Sanders looks tired and old and was hit hard by one Blomberg barb that this country doesn't need Communism.

I thought Biden had the best performance yet ... Super Tuesday is coming in just two more weeks and then we shall see.

Why is it that

Voters say things like:

"The politician I put my vote on have a brain and a heart-Which the other politicians don't have"

Haha, yeah, ol Bernie was sputtering about his 3 homes. We need a real socialist to speak up about fake socialists with 3 homes when 40% of Americans have 0 homes.

Thousands of Vermontians have lake camps!!!! Bernie has made a living on selling and running the snake oil of socialism. Honestly, a career on the government dole. No credit to his name of doing anything. Bloomberg's issue with women will be a problem. It was with Trump but it appears Bloomberg has a walk-in closet full of skeletons. And the blink, blink, blink when Warren was after him. He knew he was caught and could not answer the questions Warren was asking.

no, the one with the most delegates win.

However, "superdelegates", mostly unelected dem party officials who are free to vote as they wish could swing the balance. They represent about 16% of all delegates, enough to swing the nomination if it is close.

In 1984, it was the superdelegates that made sure Mondale won on the first ballot over Gary Hart, instead of having a contested convention.

So even if Bernie is ahead, but does not have a clear majority, he could be denied the nomination.

I think at that moment the wheels could come off the Democrat party. Bernie supported Clinton after the 2016 primary. Will he do it again if it is Bloomberg? Will his supporters? Could get really ugly.
