Hi, what pc specs does one need. Can this run under older windows os systems?

According to Neil Thapen (developer) this simulation project was started in 2011. He built this prototype demo with Unity, Wings3D, Audacity, and Gimp. The download is only 130 MB. It runs fine for me on Windows 7 and 10 64 bit desktops with nVidia graphics cards.
