HTML Editor / Webpage Builder?

I am looking for a good, easy to use and cheap (aka free) HTML editor or website builder.
Does anyone has any suggestions or recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

I used notepad++ a couple of times and it was realy good. But Vim is my favorite editor you should check it out. Both of those are Free and Open Source

I was going to suggest Namo web editor, but then saw in your post you were looking for one that was free.

BTW, my brother got me Namo as a gift, and I love it. In fact, I started using it about the 8th or 9th page of my narriation (in my link below), as well as for the initial splash page. It also lets you make pull down menus, which I really like. It's not free, but it's a good editor for the money.
