Default How can I tell if FOTRSU is running?

Excuse the basic question. While JSGME shows this mod as active, I have a funny feeling I am still just playing SH4 (gold ed). Is there a splash screen or something that says FOTRSU. I am just getting SH4 Gold.

I purchased this game back in Dec from UBISOFT. They had it on sale for only $3.95 which I thought was too good to b true.

Yes, the load screen after the two starting videos should say FOTRSU and version number. After the mod is enabled in JSGME check your game folder for a folder named 100_FalloftheRisingSun_UltimateEdition_v1.004.a_EN . If it's there, the mod folder is inside another mod folder. Disable in JSGME and move the inner folder into the Mods folder. When you reenable after that, there should not be a FOTRSU folder in the game directory.

There is another problem you may be running into: if you installed into Programs Files, Windows may be stopping JSGME from activating the mod. Windows protects the Windows and Program Files directories so if you install to a different directory (C:\SH4 for example) then it will not stop the changes JSGME is making.

That is a really good price. Nice!

Don't forget to first make the entire SH4 folder and sub-folders readable, and then run the Large Address Aware. That should help the crashing.
