Neal,
Is it possible at the beginning of of this thread to put a world map where we can pint in our home locations to see where we are travelling, coming from?

Maybe something like in this link:

Well, I was there for 2004 but couldn't get to any of the ones after that.
This one I think I can come too again baring any unforseen occurances.....

That's great news, I always wanted to meet you. Ft Worth is about a 5.5 hour drive to Houston, hope to see you there.

Neal... cool map!

I found my name, not that its a big deal but it was pin pointed about 250 miles off course. I'm in Tyler, TX. The map shows me down around Austin (maybe thats the default)

Hey Neal, I'm interested in going! Most Definately!

Please email me a list of costs that I will need to come up with once we reach there. I plan on spending Thursday and Friday night in a hotel, so I have that cost figured, but anything else such as food, tours, transportation, etc.

We're driving our own car from Kansas City, MO but would like to carpool when available in that 15 passenger van.

My dad and I (who's coming with me) would like to spend the night Saturday night aboard the submarine, (dibs on the captain's cabin ).

Do you need any depsosits or any down payments for anything that we can do here with our credit card?

Thanks,
Chad

hi Chad,

Once we reach the minimum number of people interested in attending, I will break down the costs associated with the meet, including the bus rental, admission to the BB Texas, museums, and sleepover aboard the submarine. That should be around April-May, when the Meet is officially announced. Thanks, look forward to seeing you.
