Discussion on prototypes is never out of place in a Model RR thread. Thanks for posting!

I don't know if this has been posted before, it is 107 pages long. Here is the link
http://www.tc.gc.ca/railsafety/cror_tco093.pdf
It is the Canadian Rules of operation for the Railroad.

I was trying to find some HO scale Boston Terriers to run wild in your diorama, but I couldn't find any.

Now, you need to upgrade to G scale in your back yard.

Looks very good August.

You should come over to the Model train forum and post some of your stuff. Good bunch of guys there and they would appreciate seeing your work.

Paper mill smell, I sure remember that smell in Tacoma WA in the 70's.

If you ever come out here to visit (invitation is still open), we can drive through Longview, Wa for lumber yard-papermill smell.

That is a nice piece of work, August.

You would laugh....my wife likes to put up a Christmas Village using Department 56 Snow Village houses. This year I set up my Manuta Booth Kelly Logger HO engine and cars for her display(great engine I purchased on our honeymoon 21 years ago and still runs like a champ). Anyway, we needed to get the smoke liquid for the engine. Now they have smoke liquid with scents! I could not believe it. She purchased the chocolate scent smoke. So, as the kids watch the Department 56 moving Christmas display the train runs the track making chocolate smells.

Funnier yet....my wife said setting up HO trains is a lot of fun!
