i can see that issues after installed steam version sh5, twos and generic patcher.

Its sometimes easier to start from scratch may sure all the paths are set to the correct directories. I know it a bit of a pain

A couple of easy thinks you can try:

Have you tried changing the resolution ?

Also try changing the DPI settings via SH5.exe properties

You may need to reinstall as a last resort
