Sky shader redone for patch 1.2, fog adjusted.

For next update I will rework polar and tropical env color files. this way, Iwill simply rename polar env file to temperate for duration of modwork.
and I can do it all near Kiel. took me a while to work it out.

Hmmm swearing about updates is no good thing for a modder.
Uderwater is no longer a caramel green but green tinted blue. If you
want stock underwater back, go to SH5EnvModV2.0\data\Filters\ColorCorrection folder and
remove hdr_underwater file.
Max wave height and lenght redused for 15m storm, to reduce flying sub effect.
Shader and filter adjustements. Funnel smoke adjusted etc. works now better with fog I hope.

First I swear this will be the last update before patch1.2.
Volumetric fog shader removed from mod. Ships funnel smoke adjusted, you can see smoke on horison. Env variables adjusted again, day is now bit lighter, as it was getting too dark with all the adjustements.

With this version we move on to shaders, very experimental work, I do not really know
what I am doing, I have Ati5770 and my hacks seem to work ok for me but for Nvidia gards,
it may be different.

I added * 1.5 to end, and hope that now sky blends better and there are less color banding.
To VolumetricFog I returned all commented out program lines and hope for better 3D fog.
Underwater is now green like in Das boot and Battle under Orion = Japanese das boot.
You can see u-boat at periscope depth from air but not near depth 20m or more
Also I hope that Undersea clouds bug is fixed. Now I wait for Patch 1.2 release.

All env colors returnet to stock, Now dark nights and color banding reduction is done with
color correction filters.One side effect of this is a bit darker sea as you can see in pic.
Also you can see engine smoke a bit better now as filters make the smoke a bit darker also.

Submerged sub exterior eletric eng and prob sounds remixed again, and sub inside diesel engine
and Eletric eng sounds remixed. Now if you like to hear cook or chief you must change
Diesel eng speed to less than half speed to hear them talk. It depends on your sound settings

Env colors changed, to reduce color banding in the sky and underwater.
Only sun, moon and sky haze in the horizon still make some banding but other than that
color banding in the sky should be mostly gone. Underwater color banding chould be gone for
