Caesar III brought to modern era by modders
Few weeks ago Augustus, a open source mod for Caesar III, received it's 2.0 update bringing the classic city-builder to modern era by introducing many much needed quality of life features found in the later Impressions Games titles as well as quite a bit of new stuff such as monuments and new buildings.
You can get the mod here: https://github.com/Keriew/augustus/releases/tag/v2.0.1 (You need Caesar III as well) |

Nice. I played Caesear III a lot. Even took the time to make the optimum layouts on graph paper. There was a lot of management in that game.

I wanted to play a lot of Caesar III since I prefer that setting, but it just lacked a lot of the improvements found in Pharaoh. Though, now with the Augustus mod installed I'm sure I'll finally get some more playtime on Caesar III.
