can ver 1.38 of FC be run in a window?
and also where can i get a database editor for it?

Don't really have an answer on the editer, but if you want to upgrade FC to a better version, then just go here and look around!

I recently found it, been a long dream of mine, but after seeing how laggy the SC 3d engine is I remembered y i stopped playing
