Default How to get planes back in RSRD?

Noticed I see very few planes in RSRD anymore.I have tried adjusting the airstrike.cfg file to TMO settings, no difference. Added the "Restore TMO aircraft mod" as well, barely any planes.Last patrol, I was off Tokyo, one plane in 30 days.Seems used to see more planes in RSRD.Any suggestions?

When was your last patrol?

If you are talking about late war, perhaps the number is supposed to be low.

yep, the number of planes is directly tied to the date your at.

the only complaints I have ever seen about planes is there are too many.

after a certain date you should hardly see any planes any more and if you do they don't attack they just report you

1945, but also running patrols in 43 and 44 off Japan, off Tokyo. One plane entire patrol. How do I change this? I adjusted the airstrike.cfg, but no change.I want a reasonable amount of planes.
