If he's having it built in China, he's pretty much ensured that Titanic II, Electric Boogaloo will end up the same way as Titanic 1. With that cheap Chinese steel and notorious corruption, it'll probably sink before it even makes it out of the harbor, too.

I think this means Emergency Exit

Yes it is a real place, and also a WW2 admiral had a similar name, so I can't say a word. Besides, sometimes when it's a real sign and not a bad joke, it really is funny.
