Theoretically any type VII skins made for SH3 should work, since the models are the same. You'll just have to use S3D to "inject" the new skin to the boat's .dat, since that's where the skins are in OpMonsun.

So, if i'm using O.M. v 700 , enabling a sh3 skin with the jsme wont work?

No. The exterior skins are in the .dat files.

I don't remember when that came, but IIRC it was with OM v500 or 600

Downloaded a SH3 IXB skin by Koondawg, and with a little trial and error, managed to "inject" it into the SH4/OM v700 files for the Type IX. One wonders why the SH4 folder structure is so weird, something is in the Roster, something in the Textures, something in the Objects.

But it works. I don't know if it still works with the next conning tower upgrade, if there is one for the Type IX in OM v700...
