Default Silent Hunter, the great deception

Dear Friends, Five years ago I had stopped using Silent Hunter, and I made the mistake of forgetting why. I reinstalled the game and used it, and gradually I remembered why I had done it. They say that man is the only animal that trips twice on the same stone, and I am afraid that in my case it has been. With little experience in Silent Hunter 4, I entered the battle of Samar with an American "Gato" class submarine, and to my total surprise I managed to sink 2 battleships, 1 heavy cruiser and 2 destroyers, with the only consequence of being pursued for a while by two escort ships, without much thirst for revenge. I ended the mission because I ran out of torpedoes. It was not the only successful American mission I tried, so excited about my success I went over to the side of the Kriegsmarine and began testing the German missions added by MOD for SH4. Each one I tried had a similar result, with a lot of work and with difficulty I managed to sink a ship, or perhaps none and I ended up being pursued by half a dozen destroyers. The result was that tired of the endless chase he left the game, when that voice in German repeated like a broken record: "We have damage Herr Kaleun."
Then I realized how rigged this game is, in which only those who were victorious at the end of the contest win. The Americans are the successful heroes, and the Japanese the losers of all time, which is why it is so easy to sink the Japanese fleet. The same happens with the Germans, beyond the superiority in size and firepower of the American submarines, the U-Boats were not that ineffective by any means. The problem is that the Germans were the other losers in the war. Those who designed the game are neither neutral nor objective, otherwise it is explained that the vast majority of U-Boat missions start from 1943 onwards. There are not the happy times of the first half of 1942 off the coast of the United States and the Caribbean, and even less so the successful times of the gray wolves of 1940 and 1941. It is like trying to play poker with someone who uses marked cards. I don't play like that. Greetings.
