No, your assessment of FotRS is valid.. it's the team's take on spit polishing TMO & improving on it.

TMO, as good as it was, in its own rights.. unfortunately, is not kept up with any more by the subsimmer behind it.. sadly. Nor, is the 1 behind RSRDC, if I am NOT mistaken.. has been a bit since I checked those out.. so I do admit that with RSRDC, I may be incorrect on that assessment.. but, I stand by the 1 about TMO, though.

BubbleHead1980, is working on spit polishing up TMO, & am awaiting the completion point to where they feel comfortable with doing a release of it.
As it is, I have several different modded flavors of SH4 currently.. if you'd like.. I can send you via a PM here.. a listing of the different versions of SH4 I currently have modded, along with info from their respective jsgme activation list.

Purely up to you, if you chose to use what I have as a guide map.. or wish to have Me send that info to you.. no pressure.. I leave that, entirely up to you.
