Its not about one single windmill. But a farm with many dozens of then, and then many of such farms, relatively close by.

We are too many, Catfish. Get rid of some billions, and then we start to talk. Too many is too many, one can turn and stare at it as long as one wants. Too many is too many. We can see it in every economic and ecologic area. There is no superpredator on earth that benefits from high numbers of humans, harvesting them, and going done in numbers if human prey goes down again.

1 to 1.5 billion humans on this planet. More this planet cannot hold, I think.

Nature must and will have its ways. Not nice, but inevitable. Wars I see as part of that, reuslkti8ng form pressed ressoruces, limited sweet water, limited famrign land, demograohics pressures, age structures of societies leading to generation conflicts for jobs, fmaily founding, emancipation of the young men (Rwanda on my mind, nobody but Heinsohn mentions this basic origin of the genocide, AFAIK), etc etc etc.

At home in the West, we can play the education card, but for that we would need to break the established opinion monopoles of activists, political profiteers, professional "Kümmerer" etc. I do not think that expectation is realistic, so it again results in letting nature have its ways until things explode into our face.

In other words, its too late to have civilized solutions anylonger. Wanting to stay dry after one fell into the well, is a bit late wishing for. Preventing the fall is not possible without moving back time.

Only option is to accept the scenario coming, and getting best prepared for adapting to its consequences. Not preventing or reversing - adapting. Tough enough. Waste of time and ressources for the first two is not recommended. But thats what we do. Which translates, in the end, into denial of unwanted realities. I cannot help it. Just be angry about it.
