3D dropdown menu (Upper right corner thing?) not working.

I'm experiencing something weird, though, I'm hesitant to call it a bug as it is probably my fault! I am unable to in any way, shape, or form view the 3D window drop-down thingy in the upper-right hand corner. The buttons are "greyed out" similar to an un-clickable button on an old Windows error.

I figured this was related to my failed attempts to install LWAMI, so, I deleted and re-downloaded the game (Steam).

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Did you check 'Disable 3D' in the video options? It's on the second page at the bottom of the top group.
