The one on the left looks like an old Soviet boat with that red writing on the conning tower.

I'd have said that was the old breakers yard at Portsmouth, Pounds I think it's called. If you have a look in Google Earth, you'll see the remains of an Oberon sitting there. Sad place.

Searching Plymouth for it. I found something else there.



I think it's a naval base.
