uh what do you mean? Most of them were built to transport goods, not passengers. As i mentioned there may have been some bus versions.

I don't know, it is nowhere mentioned. Surely not with this kind of body. Vans and trucks are usually made of two components, chassis and body; I have no idea whether the underlying chassis has been used for some military purpose.

I do not know, but the radiator grille proposes that the engine is at the front, most probably with a conventional propshaft driving the rear axle (as usual at the time). Hint: Built to carry goods, I know of some to have carried laundry.
