Can I use my free speech right to spread false information and conspiracy stuff among my friends ?

Doesn't a person have some responsibility to think before posting false/conspiracy stuff about Corona and Covid-19 ?

I does not have enough knowledge about this virus, so I read and hear what they tell me in the news and I follow the instruction given to me.
