Default [REL]SH4 Keyboard Config app

I am proud to announce to you the first app to help in changing the keyboard bindings for Silent Hunter! I believe this will work with SH3 as well, but I have only tested it with SH4.

Get it here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?20w94wmgyzg

From the readme:

Quote:
I made this app to help with changing the keyboard configuration for SH4, in the commands.cfg file. It seems that whenever a patch or new mod comes out, you gotta monkey around with the commands.cfg file and change the keybindings back to the way you want it. It's difficult to remember all the changes that need to be made, and some people don't know how to edit the commands.cfg file themselves. I hope this app helps.

Features:
Easily edit which keys go to which commands, without having to worry about hex codes.
Easily identify which keys are not in use(normal, shifted, and ctrled)..
Support for Shift, Ctrl, and Shift + Ctrl keys.
Show only commands that are bound to keys.
Show only commands that are not bound to keys.
Export key bindings to a .txt file for printing.
Saves a new commands.cfg file to an output directory.

Intructions:
Place a COPY of commands.cfg(found in "Silent Hunter 4\data\cfg") in the same directory as this executable and run SH4 Keyboard Configurator.exe. At the main menu, you can scroll through the command entries using the arrow keys, or scroll a page at a time using 'N' or 'P'. 'E' will allow you to select a command for editing. 'O' will allow you to enter the options menu where you can toggle which commands are displayed(all, hide keybound commands, hide unbound commands), export your keybindings to a txt file, etc.

NOTE: YOU MUST SAVE YOUR CHANGES WHILE IN EDIT MODE( 'S' ), AND YOU MUST SAVE CHANGES TO THE FILE FROM THE OPTIONS MENU, WHICH WILL OUTPUT A NEW FILE TO THE OUTPUT DIRECTORY. Simply copy this new file to \data\cfg or an appropriate jsmge mod directory to use it.
Hope you like it! This is only my third or fourth programming release - I hope you can't tell that I taught myself!
I have been my own beta tester, so if you find any bugs, please post here.
Also, if you would like to host this file, please feel free to do so!
